He started his career since 2013, as a lube engineer in a local distributor and his working task was limited to Manage technical support & services engineers to reach the best performance, he became the Deputy General Manager in the company in just four year and leverage the company profits and revenue multiplied by 8 times through many positions in the company, and made the company acknowledged by the mother company. This achievement came from the hard work, learning and applying all this business tactics in the work. through time, Fady achieved a very unique achievement in the as a business developer.
One thing that make Fady unique is he dedicate his self and time to make his goal, that’s why he work around the clock by learning, analysis and planning to ensure that his main business strategy come true.
After the great success in Egypt a lot of international companies started to offer a position for him as a country sales manager, but Fady selected the most challenging offer to hunting more achievements in larger Business scale with a challenging country such as Iraq, As country Manger for ExxonMobil Lubricants in Mohamed Mansour Group in Iraq. The challenge is to build and execute a clear strategic business plan to leverage company market share, Revenue multiplied around 6 times with more than targeted profits.

2016
The Best Manager of all Exxon Mobil distributors in Egypt. Presented my first 3 work years achievements as the best success story in ExxonMobil AME distributors cluster in ExxonMobil EAME distributor global conference 2016 in Valencia, Spain.
2018
Started a new career as the Iraq country sales manager for Mobil at the age of 27. Over Achieved Mobil lubricants doubled Sales targets with positive net profit for the first time in Iraq.
2019
Achieved one of the biggest business deal in middle east in Oil & Gas sector in Iraq, Convert a competitor brand to a partner brand With an exclusive offer with a unique strategy.
